Double Room available in Jan -Shantalla, Galway City

    As I'm leaving the country, a double room is available in the house. Sharing house with 2, 30 year old lads (both professionals). Room is spacious double. House is a modern 3 bed property, a couple mins walk from Cookes Corner and the city, stones throw from hospital and college. Rent is about €400 a month (TV included in that, everything else is shared). 1 months deposit required. Bedroom isn't ensuite but main bathroom is shared with one of the lads. Room available January 19th.

    Room still available :D I'll be gone for 18 months at least

    Would need to be a post-grad student or professional
