Finding out Employer's PAYE Registered No.

    OK so I need my jobs PAYE number asap and Im not in work for another week. Now is it like the same kind of number as my PPS number?
    For example
    seven digits and a letter
    *******G
    cuz on my payslip it has the name of the company followed by *******M
    so is this the number?

    yep 7 digits and a letter just like the pps. If its for a tax cert or tax refund or anything that the tax office has to sent a letter out to you, it wont be done until after christmas anyway as post stopped last week.
