Didn't they stop the mid-week repeats for this series.

Watch Dave and you'll catch it in a couple of weeks. Monday nights show the current series.

Assume it was moved out of the graveyard slot that clashes with the sports personality of the year on bb1

I thought tonight was really good!

The V8 rocking chair, the Awards, where Jezza got taken down a peg or 4, always good, rofl!!

Did anyone else love James' "flirting"??!!

    "hello"
    ROFLMAO!!!!!!:D

I went a bit wobbly at the knees there!!

It was moved to give The BBC Sports Personality of the Year wards show a free run between 7 and 9.

Lol, seems to me like they're struggling to fill time.

I think i wee'd laughing so much at Jame's "Hello" hahaha

A very lacking episode, aswel as last weeks. But a few funny bits in the second half nonetheless.

I thought the Honda bit was interesting, ditto the battery powered Lotus/Tesla feature, the V8 thing was daft as was the Jag with caravan but its good to see one less caravan.

I forgot the touring cars bit - it used to be real hoot. Motor racing for men.

Jaysus. This must have been one of the best episodes. I been waiting for them to review the tesla for years now.

and the Caterham got car of the year, not some dull low-spec family car or that horrible GPS speed limiter infested Nissan

That Honda bit at the end was very good I thought, especially when coupled with the Tesla test. And while the bit on the BTCC was good it does feel as if they're running out of ideas, but it's still the only show I'll watch religiously. Well, that and Lost.

Excellent episode in my opinion, touring cars bit was cool, as was the Telsa and Tom Jones. I thought the hydrogen fuel cell section had a real sense of optimism and scientific discovery about it.

Agreed, I suppose it gave everyone a bit of optimism the fact that there is something else there after we burn all the oil.

We are a pretty greedy bunch, but at least we will have something else to rely on.

AND at least it's not crappy, time and money consuming power that we have to rely on.

THANK YOU Jeremy Clarkson....for killing the electric car....again.

As I watched the start and they showed the caravan I thought to myself that they are ripping off Fifth Gear. That episode incidentally was only on Dave today. But then it became clear what they were doing.

    Great episode though.
