    Hi There.
I have a fantastic idea for a commercial website. I have a demo site produced and spoke to a couple of people. Everybody things it is a very good idea specially to launch at the current climate.
But its like the chicken and egg scenario. Whoever I have spoken to has a different idea. One recommends funding first, second recommends securing the marketing aspect first, third one recommends built a site first etc.
My goal would be to team up with one or two individuals who could bring this project forward. If anybody would be interested AND is willing to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement please do not hesitate to contact me. Kind Regards Oliver Mueller

is there a little more information than that - what do you expect of the individuals - money/skills/both?
Any broad clues as to the business?

    (even PM)

Oliver, you should serious think this through. If you take on a business partner you are likely to spend as much time with them as you would with your wife (in a scenario where you have/had one). Therefore the decision to partner with someone should not be taken lightly - it could be the difference between success and several horrible years doing business. If i were you i'd identify who has the experience to partner with you and potential to compensate for your weaknesses.

The beauty about internet marketing is that you can test everything on a small scale so you shouldn't need to spend a fortune to get it up and running (unless its an extremely complex website).

With regard to "bringing this project" you need to be clear in your head what this means (angel investing, VC, co-worker / co-sales person etc). I think the first thing you should do is find a mentor or seek advice from your local enterprise board.

Lastly and not meaning to sound negative at all - an idea is not a business. Many people think since they have a great business idea they have a great business. Unfortunately this is not the case. The difference between success and failure is your ability to take that idea and run with it. No one will be as passionate about your idea or making money for you as you are.

This current climate is a fantastic opportunity for start up business, both Microsoft and Dell we set up during recessions. Best of luck with it.
