Linksys SPA 3102

Is anyone out there using the Linksys SPA 3102? How would you rate it? I have been happily using a Linksys PAP2T for over a year and I would like to change to the SPA 3102 for the extra functionality.

I have the Pap2t too and never tried the 3102, but I think the 3102 has a built in router and only has 1 RJ-11 Phone port.
