Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Is it outside the remit of this forum to talk about Nation?

I thought Nation was brilliant - not funny, and if it wasn't written by TP it probably wouldn't have been published. But there is something brilliant about it, especially the little commentary at the end. I get the impression that he was saying "re-read my books and have a think about them". It reminds me of the increasing trend in latter discworld books in that he moves away from making a load of jokes, and tries to flesh out his world (and of course parody ours along the way).

Anyone else have any views on it?

Haven't read it yet. Is it out in paperback yet?

    No talking about non-Discworld topics.

This Forum is busy enough as it is.
