can anyone tell me first of all if the actual o2 customer who gets these tickets needs to go to the concert? my mum is with o2 but i wanted to know can she get them for me even if she doesnt come to the concert herself??

also are they the good seats as ive heard you can get crap seats with this??

The O2 customer doesn't need to attend in person.

Who was telling you they are bad seats? As the venue has not had any events yet I doubt anyone is qualified to comment on that.

I know someone who's been into the arena and they said its fantastic, even if you're at the back you're no further than 55 meters away from the stage, and there are no obstructed views.

Having been in the venue I can tell you that the view from every seat appears to be great (though there was nobody sitting in any seat). Even up at the back row the line of sight to stage is excellent. There are no pillars or any other obstructions that block the sightlines from any part of the arena to stage.

Its priority booking, not seating. basically, 02 customers have the option to buy tickets usually 2 days in advance of the general public.

Tickets were on sale and people saw the layout and thought they were not great seats. I have heard this for 2 gigs, off up the back and off to one side.

If you got to pick you would pick other ones, I think that is what they mean.

Purchased 2 tix for Il Divo for my mother using the O2 priority booking and the seat selection was restricted to the block of seats on the far left. However, the same system allowed me to get standing tickets for Angus Young and Co.

Yeah, I've found the same as most people, the seats offered are generally pretty iffy, but it's fine for getting standing. I got my McCartney ticket through it and avoided the rush when they went on sale generally.

sashafierce, am curious about the seats at the back. I booked Miley Cryus (I know ) and am bringing my two daughters. Used priority booking, chose the most expensive seats and have been posted seats at the back row? Is this right? There were 3 price ranges. If I have been given the back seats, where are the those that are cheaper? How will a 10 year old and 6 year old fare?
