lately we'v been having trouble with our box. it would record as normal and when we go to watch the programme we could get about ten miintues and it would freez. wouldn't play again. exsample guly betty last weekswe got to watch15 mins and it stopped. anyone know what could the problem. its our second box in a year.

Have you tried unplugging your box from the mains for 10 minutes or so, and then plugging it back in again?
