    Hi,
Looking for opinions on whether to use sand/cement or flowscreed. I would prefer the flowscreed option for its accuracy on level but concerned about drying time. Does sand/cement dry quicker. I would appreciate any advice.

You will have less depth with a flow screed probably 50 mm max , where with sand and cement you will require 75 mm mim. Drying time for both , nominally is one day per mm.Flow screed is supposed to be more expensive but for level floors no comparison.

If you're going to put down large floor tiles, I'd definitely use the flowscreed for the reason of the levels as the last poster mentioned.
