    Hi,
I have a question for you guys

When a label ,lets say on a chicken, says roast for 20mins per lb and then 20mins after. Reduce cooking times to 10mins for fan assisted

Is this then 10mins per lb and 10 mins over

or just take 10mins from the total cooking time?

    Thanks!

I take it to mean reduce the overall cooking time by 10 minutes.

I find that by reducing total cooking/baking time by 10% and also reduce the temperature by 10% works best for fan ovens.
