Is there a prog to play American DVD's?

    Hi all

    I'm wondering if theres a free download to enable me to play American DVD's on my laptop? A dvd I wana buy but is only available in Europe

    I think you will find that the MPAA will look down their collective noses at you and say NO! .... BOLD!

    But if you own the DVD you can tell them to go back to Merka.

    Depending on your dvd drive you may be able to remove the region coding on it (on the drive I mean). LG ones for example have a firmware which makes it Region 0.
