Hello, I have a problem with my sky box, a message coming up saying no satelite been received, the dish has not moved, it happened when a cable was taken out of the connector in the attic while the sky box was on, the cable was put back in the way it was but to no avail since. I rang the helpdesk but call out charge is 100 euro :(, has anyone any ideas what could be wrong? Would the LNB be burned out? The christmas tree was tangled around the cable so I had to disconnect it without realising the sky box was been switched on, there was no sparks and the cable is in exactly the way it should be, there is that 3 way splitter type connection, cable from the dish is in where it says "out" and the one going to the sky box is in the side with "IN". Help Please :)
