Just wondering what the cost of a bog standard will is?

Not looking for recommendations for firms but just the general fee as I don't want to be ripped off?

    Thanks

    J

    I think it's about 300

300 sounds about right. Making a will isn't particularly expensive, the money is made on the eventual administration of it and consequent fee charged against your estate.

Crikey, I got a bargain. Paid €100 last year.

There's a place in Phibsborough doing them for free for December. I'll find out the name of the dude.

about €100 to €200 for a straightforward will.

Some Bar associations organise "Wills weeks" where a reduced fee is on offer.
