Hello all, I'm trying to find a book by a guy who was on matt cooper a few months back. It not only focused on giving up smoking, but also other addictions, like chocolate etc. I think there was a swear word in the title. i can't for the life of me remember the name of it..... thanks if you can help..

i bought that book, it wasnt great, it was all about the diet and sugar level theory, well maybe they are right about sugar levels to be honest, but it just went on and on about vitimans and pills etc
