    Hi, need help from anyone before I get pushed to breaking point!! :eek:
    Trying to game on Xbox Live for the past 6 weeks or so and im being CONSTANTLY disconnected!! I thought it was my ping times, they were up on 600ms but lately they're down below 100 again;

    So every time im playing Pro Evo, Tiger Woods or even Halo I could be halfway through a game and I get the annoying "Disconnected" message! It even happens when Im on NXE and just browsing around. Its seriously annoying me at this stage. For the record I connect via an ethernet cable to an indoor IDU unit, its Ice Broadband.
    Please give advice someone!!! :confused::confused:

    Try this speed test, as you may have good speeds, but the packet loss may be high leading to disconnects due to info not being sent/recieved. http://www.irishisptest.com/runmyspeed.php

    Thanks,
    Just tried that site too, my speeds were down ( prob 'cos of the time of day) but my packet loss was 0.0%!!! My jitter however was 57.7 ms, says thats unpredictable for VOIP, would that effect the gaming badly too?
    Or do I need some sort of booster from the IDU to the Xbox?
    Maybe the ethernet cable is sh*t? :mad:
