    I'm confused??? Are you looking for approval of this, or putting this out there as an option for self builders??

    Apologies I posted this list in mistake last night. I am working on a diy snag list to let people know what a snag list involves and what to look out for when snagging there houses.

    Im sure it will be fairly handy for DIY'ers.

    There would however be a few extra items that I would include in my own lists but hey Im not telling :D

    I wouldn't take it down unless advised to by the moderators. I found it to be a very comprehensive and thorough list and I think it would be very useful not only to people who are building but also buyers moving into a new house. I know I will certainly use it in some form for definite. I'm happy now I saved it while it was up.

    Is there a problem if Heatherview puts this back up?
