I've seen 2 of these little nameplates saying "Who is Jazmin?" in the verge along the R132 (Swords) lately. Anyone have any idea what it's all about?

Yep saw them too, sign outside evo stik on the r132 s/bound getting very hard to see with the amount of muck being kicked up from the wet road on it
