    heaps down my side as well, seen a flock of at least 30 from one pond a few weeks back..:eek: didnt get near them but have shot plenty of them since...:D

    Plenty of them around Meath. If fact last day I was out my mate put one up off a small river, was just about to pull on him when it landed on the branch of a tree!! Turned out to be a thrush:D

    i acytally shot a mallard on a drain in thick cover on sunday. geat weather this hard weather for for pulling ducks from drains.
