Wow, its almost like looking into the future...about 3 days.

The question is how do we smuggle rollers into the pub?

Ha, the crashes seem more common than I have seen before! Most of the other videos I have seen seem to use fixed rollers (e.g. no front wheel.) Probably advisable from a liability point of view if people unused to rollers are taking part :D

Is there a rollapolluza going in Dublin?
I know they really revived it in London but has it spread? I would love to give it a go.

They seem to be mostly UK based, but if you've got the cash you could bring 'em over here!

    rollapaluza.com is the website

You may have seen this, but:

Craig McClean- 500m in 18.94 seconds from a standing start, 95km/h average speed

Chris Hoy managed a "mere" 92.6km/h, but he did it in jeans:

Just goes to show you what is possible when you remove air resistance (Hoy's 500m record was done at a speed of 72.7km/h- not in jeans)

I think this is the winner. I think to bring it to the next level he needs to be able to drink beer without someone holding the bike (this is another competition I will be leaving up to TinyExplosions, I will be more like this guy: )
