Locked Threads?

Hi, i've seen an awful lot of locked threads recently which can be quite annoying if you've posted in them and then they are all of a sudden locked. I'm not complaining about this but it would be nice for a last post from the mod with an explanation of why they are locking the thread. What do you guys think?

Depends on the mod. More often then not though it's usually pretty clear as to why a thread has been locked. Some mods will even PM the person who started the thread to let them know why.

I don't wee what's annoying though if it wasn't you who started it?
