    most games on the ps3 are shooting games and racing very little adventure games

    Best games to own for the PS3:-

    1. Uncharted - peerless adventure game with humerous voice acting. Haven't heard of anyone who didn't like this game.

    2. COD4 - Best online shooter bar none. Its addictive and you'l love killing the mouthy yanks.

    3. Deadspace - Brilliant 3rd person horror shooter along the lines of Alien/Event horizon

    4. Resistance 2 - Surpasses the great original in every way. Graphics, storyline, and gameplay are brilliant.

    5. COD WAW - While not as good as the peerless COD4, its a good shooter.

    For something different, try:
    Guitar Hero World Tour
    PES 2009
    LittleBigPlanet

    These are the games getting most of my time at the moment.
