    Ok here's my problem.

I have recently moved i with my girlfriend to Wellington Quay in Dublin 2 but I won't have proof of my address until early to mid January when I get my NTL bill. I lived in Dalkey before I moved to town.

My question is should I go to the Dublin 2 Office even though I have no proof of address that I live in Dublin 2 or should I go to my local Dalkey office which is in Dun Laoghaire and maybe explain the situation to them?

I have tried numerous times to ring both offices but nobody is answering the phone!

    Thanks

The easiest option would be to go to Dalkey.
Or get your bank to send you a 'replacement' bank statement for last month to your new address.

Just get a household bill with your girlfriends name on it and ask her to write a note to say you live at the address. That should be sufficent for the local office.
