HD Remote Reconfigured(Mistake)

    Folks, I have a problem with my remote in that I reprogrammed it (following a link to Avalon 5, "Invaluable SKY HD Workarounds") but it will not now let me go to services 4.0.1. etc in order to change the rf setting.
    My question is how do I reset my HD Remote to day one setting.
    Any help greatly appreciated.

    try taking the batteries out for 10 mins maybe?
