Hey I'm a 22 year old girl in my first year of teaching. Any of you with a background into the profession know that there is lots of paperwork, planning etc for the first year.
Since having my inspector I have fallen behind in my work and am now three weeks behind. I cannot for some reason seem to get myself motivated to catch up on this work. I have now put myself under awful pressure and have so much to do i don't know where to start. I'm a laid back person by nature and I suppose this doesn't help my cause.
Anyone any ideas on how I can motivate myself to get my work done and become more organised and efficient? I'm afraid my inspector will come and rip shreds off me but I still find it so hard to get motivated to do anything. I know some of you will say I'm a lazy sod but I wouldn't have gotten to where I am today if I was.
So ya, I'm just looking for advice from anyone out there who had loads and loads of work to do and saw light at the end of the tunnel?
I'd love to be one of those people who have time for everything, work and play.
Anyway not a big problem at the moment but if my inspector comes I am in big trouble so any help would be appreciated? I know I need a good kick and all that stuff to but any real tips on how to organise time and become motivated would be great.
    Thanks
