    hi guys im goin getting a ps3 for xmas if i have a hd tv do i need the hdmi cable

    You don't actually need one to play as you get a standard av cable with it but if you want a hd picture you should definately get one.

    the difference between sd and hd is unmeasurable,
    get a hd lead, you wont regret it, plus u can pick them up for less then a tenner anywhere these days
