Using Eircom Netopia Router abroad?

I have a spare Netopia Eircom router and was thinking of taking to give to my family abroad. Will they be able to program and use it there?

Once you setup all the settings as per the ISP requiments you should have no problems, like at the moment my Eircom Netopia is configured to work on Vodafone DSL so you can change the settings
