    How do you mean?

Do you mean a JM applied incorrectly? If so you will need to a consult a solicitor who will write to the solictor who placed the JM and find out why it was done.

Well if you moved house, were not in court and did not know about the civil summons? Or even the wrong address on summons.

You would need to have the judgement set aside. Again a solicitor is your best bet.

Indeed - JM's are serious matters. Locking thread.
