I must qualify what I am about to say by saying that I haven't sat FE-1's for about three years, but I would have thought it highly improbable bordering on a virtual impossibility that you will get such a dramatic increase in marks in three seperate subjects. Of course you can always try, but If it were me I think I'd rather spend the money on something useful and focus on getting the head down and start slogging away again.

I got Consititutional (45%) rechecked 2 years ago ,no change. I would imagine it would have to be only a percent or two under.

Hey, I got three rechecked over different sittings. My marks were 48%, 48% and 47%. They don't change, in fact-they even went to the bother of MARKING ME DOWN 4%!!!!! I really would save your money. It seems, one does not question the law society...or else! It's terrible to be so close but you just have to deal with it and go again, and again....

Well I failed an FE1 exam about year and half ago. I got 48%. Went to get a recheck and it didn't change. I really don't think there is much point in getting a re check to be honest. You said yourself that you didn't do enough preparation.
