I was surprised to see you can buy a brand new Raleigh Burner (as spotted by a fellow boardsie)

These were the coolest bikes when i was a young lad

I am seriously tempted to buy one...... apart from the fact that
(a) Im 27
(b) 6foot2
(c) Would look like a complete twat...

Would kids now tell you where to go if you bought them one??????

yep they're excellent.. I had a chrome burner then graduated to a haro master...I ride a BMX now to the train station in the mornings.. bought it in halfords ,, who cares if you look a twat or not.. if you want it.. do it...

Does anyone here know someone who has an old Raleigh Burner sitting in their garden/or shed they would be willing to part with, would consider a

forgot how cool they were. Happy days and now remember that i really wanted the gold burner. If I had a kid old enough, i would by one, then again we have a nine week old girl, I think she would like one, how to justify it to the wife might be tricky:pac:
