Double Room to Rent in Santry

Hi all, we are looking for a housemate to rent a small (but not tiny) double room. This room has TV Cable (NTL) connection in it. The room has just been painted and and has new wooden flooring. We will need a new housemate by the end of the month. We are going to view this THURSDAY evening, and possibly another day the following week. It is a 4 bedroom house, and currently there are 3 professional Irish girls living there in their late 20s/early 30s. We would prefer a non smoking housemate. The house has basic decor but has all mod cons and very affordable rent (€332 monthly/€83 weekly) which includes the bill for the waste collection. Other bills are excluded, these are electricity, gas and cable. (sorry no phone connection/broadband) The bus stop is across the road and is on many bus routes to City Centre: 16's, 33, 41's, 746 & 41N, and to Airport: 16A, 41 & 746. The house is 5 minutes walk to the Omni Park Shopping Centre & Cinema (http://www.omnipark.ie/omni.html) and is across the road from Spar, Xtravision, Chinese Takeaway and Off Licence.
