i thought that too, but i found one (in tesco i think) recently that was the same size as the ones for airsoft,.

Out of curiosity, why would a bike shop have them? I'm going to need a hefty supply of these fairly soon (with any luck) so it's be nice to have options. The threads on them wouldn't affect me since they're not for a pistol.

yeah their used to inflate tyres, they might be a bit over priced in a bike shop though.,

If I'm not mistaken I believe I saw them the last time I was out in eirsoft (at least I think it was that shop).

The ones in bicycle shops are stupidly overpriced. Normally about 3-4 euro per cartrdige last time I saw them, 16g are also more popular for bike inflaters than 12g.

If you're not in a hurry for them, i'd recommend buying online, quite cheap here: http://co2cartridges.co.uk/12gm-co2-cartridges/cat_1.html

CO2 bottles are usually used as emergency get-you-home tyre inflators, and are priced accordingly. They're not really an everyday use item.

I didn't have a good "customer experience" in Cycleways. I got the impression they don't to want to talk to you unless you've actually ridden a stage of the Tour de France (finishing optional).

Sean Duff Cycles in the Omni Centre in Santry have been brilliant for me. Send your business that way.
