Hi Im planning a trip from dublin to Hong Kong in January then from hong Kong to Bangkok in feb and from bangkok back to dublin in march. any idea what travel agent/website would be best to book all the flights together? Thanks!

Try www.kayak.com. Excellent for multiple flights.

I used Opodo for multiple flights and found them ok.
