From a quick glance of that forum, I imagine it was closed as you set up a new thread even though there is a sticky at the top of the forum especially for all NY discussion....

That's just an educated guess on my part, PM the forum Mod for an exact answer to your question.
Also, Mods are not required to PM people when they close threads.
