How much will it cost me???

We are looking at buying a house and we are trying to see how much we will need to put into it before we out in an offer.
Its fully built, has doors hung and flooring laid that’s it.
We would need to put in a:-
Kitchen
Fitted Wardrobes
3 showers
Fully Paint it
Blinds and or Curtains
Carpet upstairs
Fire place ( stove)
Land Scape out side &Tarmac etc

So A) Is there anyhting else you can think of??

And b) would anyone have a rough price for that work??

No offence but How long is a piece of string?

You could buy a kitchen for 4K or spend 30K on one.
Solid oak floor at €56sqm or cheaper laminate at €5. Good quality wool carpet?

Its just too hard to answer unless you know your taste.

It might be worth your while getting a few quotes from flooring shop / specialists, painters and kitchen manufacturers / IKEA etc.

we did something similar for a three bedroom house and did a lot of work our selves but if you are getting someone it you will not have much change out of 30K at least for all that to be done to a fair standard
