Looking for system we can use for logging support calls

    Hi,
    At the moment we are using a system where stores send an email to an email address which goes into our call management software.

    The main problem we have is stores not logging calls properly. ie. lack of information....missing key pieces of information etc.

    We considered a logging call word template but we have a wide range of issues that can occur so this would not be ideal.

    I was thinking maybe of of a web form where users select different things via radio buttons, drop down lists etc.

    Then the form emails to the support system with the call loggers email address set to look like where it's from on our call management system.

    Anyone know of anything out there like this at the moment that I could modify or pull parts from?
