TV Help Please

    I have a Phillips flat screen tv which we have been using with a sky hd box for a year.
    To view it you must have the source on HDMI1 - this has been working fine but since last week every time we switch off the TV it jumps off that source and when we turn it back on we just have a wierd grey screen
    When we press AV to select source nothing happens so we have to switch it on and off for ages until a blue screen appears saying Digital TV and then we can use the AV button to select the source

    I know it probably sounds confusing but its the only way I can explain it

    I really hope someone can help me with this, Im at the end of my tether with it
