    Hello all,

I am thinking of buying a pair of skins. I do alot of stretching before and after runs, however my hamstrings and calf muscles become very tight. I heard skins help with recovery. what do ye think?

I have started using them myself for running, find them very good. I also bought the recovery tights and find them excellent, the material is weird makes your legs feel really cool even under a pair of jeans. The best place to buy them is chainreaction cycles in belfast 69euro, free shipping also. They sell out of stock fairly quickly.

I find them brilliant also. Especially after a long run. Like Shels I sometimes sleep in them.

I bought mine from Rugby Scene. I got the full length recovery tights. I think they cost 90 euro approx including postage. Be careful of the size you order. There is a chart to help. It goes on you height and weight. You need the tights to be snug to be effective.
