Play.com - can I change address?

I bought some DVD's from play.com. I got them delivered to my sisters work address in London (they won't ship dvd's here). It was dispatched on Friday. Thing is I did not know that they are moving offices today.

Is it possible for me to get the delivery address changed at this point, or is it too late? I can't find a number to contact their customer service - I'm guessing as its online its near impossible to contact them

Since it's already in ther post, no.

Where abouts are you that Play won't ship DVDs to you?

Oh, wait a second, you tried to pay in Sterling, didn't you? You have to change the currency to Euro if you want to ship to Ireland.

Your only hope now is that they'll be returned to Play as undeliverable. Then get a refund and re-order.

They don't ship electronics outside the UK. They only ship DVDs and books to Ireland, so your DVD order should have been fine. If you left the pricing in Sterling, they would have refused too, we have to pay in Euro.

DAM IT! Yeah I paid in Sterling so that's why it refused me.
    Balls!
