Anyone pick this up? I got it in Xtravision yesterday for €50, wasn't going to pick it up but couldn't resist at that price. I'm really enjoying it, looks amazing, plays great. It's got this bizarre quality where it's actually quite relaxing to play and to play it well you have to relax.

There's been some criticism of the fact that you can't die, which is crazy to me, it's just an innovative way of getting around checkpoints without breaking the pace and flow of the game.

You were robbed. 45 in Game and Smyths with a loyalty card.

But with no loyalty card! €50 aint bad for a new game!

Anyway, is this one as frustrating as the last couple on the PS2. They tended to be controller through the screen type game. Whilst enjoyable all the same!

Pah, I got it for €36 online.

I have a Smyth's loyalty card, but if someone had said to me as I stood in Xtra-vision (which I was in anyway picking up the Dark Knight on Blu-Ray)

"Hey I'll give you a fiver if you drive out to Smyth's and stand in a Q for half an hour, or probably more it being a Sunday afternoon in December, behind a stream of DS/Wii-buying parents who feel the need to ask fifty more questions after they've completed their purchases while you stand there screaming inside your head for a grenade of some sort," I'd have promptly told them thanks but no thanks!

Smyth's is a nightmare this time of year, and it was a complete impulse purchase, so I'm content with paying €50. Going to Smyth's would've added at least an hour to the whole buying process!

'Twas €30 on Blu-ray 20 for the two disc DVD

Had a job tracking down a Blu-Ray copy actually, tried one other xtravision, golden discs and tescos before finding it in a bigger Xtra-vision. Was trying to avoid town.

I was in xtra vision and its the special edition in the tin case with a bonus dvd with extra content.

Oh yeah I forgot to mention that. It was probably my main reason for buying it, I can't resist fancy packaging, I'm like a magpie!

They have the dark knight and batman begins in a blue ray double pack for 35 euro which is a pretty good deal.

Yeah I bought Batman Begins on Blu-Ray a couple of months back so I didn't pick it up, annoyingly I still haven't watched it since I picked it up on Blu-Ray.

The Dark Knight looks amazing on Blu-ray, its my new show-off disc for the format!

At this time of year i allways get wary of buying any blue ray/DVD as the missus has some all ready under the tree for me i know one is band of brothers on blue ray but there is another one that i dont have a clue what it is........its just sitting there......... mocking me.
