i have a year old advent k300 with vista. i have an inbuilt webcam that i use for msn and skype but i cant use it to take pics. i cant find any programme. how do i take pics?

Not using vista at the mo, but going by xp, does it not show up in my computer under the heading scanners/cameras?

no. if i go to control panel, scanners/cameras it doesnt pick up any device
