i have just received the new blackstar ht5 head and i dont have a cabinet(another 1 week wait)and i am dying to give it a whirl,it has a headphones out.i do have a weber minimass attenuator(50watts)and i believe they double as a dummy load.do i just set the attenuation to max and plug the speaker output from the amp into the speaker input on the minimass, set the impedance to the right level, turn off the bypass off and turn on the amp.thanks.

No worries. Just make sure you're positive which direction is less volume and more attenuation and which is more volume and less attenuation, because without a speaker you won't be able to tell until the OT starts cooking. :pac:
