No bank statement? utility bill? Letter from Revenue?

They are all proof of address provided they are recently dated.

Best to ring local office and see what you have that would be acceptable.

If you are paying tax you should be registered with the Inland Revenue. If you contact them they will send you out a letter that you will be able to use.

Other than a rent book which by law you should have but some people don't, you should have a lease. if you are working in the house that you are also staying in a letter from your employer will do.

If you really do have no other option go to your local Garda station and ask for an ML10 form. Although you may need proof of address for this, I can't remember.
