Looking for things to do near Coventry

Hi, OH and myself are in Coventry and she is flying back to Dublin tomorrow. We have a car and are looking for somewhere to go for a sping and maybe do a little shopping before she flys back out Birmingham Int. Airport tomorrow. Willing to drive quite far, and would like to make a day trip out of it. Anyone got any ideas?…
