Just in case...

Right now, I am saving up to buy a house when the prices fall.

I am planning to build wind mills and perhaps buy a few solar panels.

Then I am going to build a greenhouse for veggies and maybe some other relaxing herbs, but I can only find houses that last about 5 years. So need to to find something better!

I will buy some assets such as gold and silver, but I need to look into that a bit more. :)

    ............. Just in case....

Think you posted this on the wrong forum...

Are you talking about glasshouses that only last 5 years? Believe me they last a lot longer if maintaned and the glass cleaned regularly, have had the same one (minus 3 panels replaced due to accidents) for nearly 20 years. The other option is a plastic sheeted tunnel, lasts about 7-8 years, but the frame will last decades, and the sheeting is cheap and easy to replace.

They do not need to be cleaned so often. Poly tunnels last a lot longer. We are on a height with pretty bad winds and our tunnel is perfect after 10 years. Take care of it and it will last a lifetime. Same with glasshouses, last forever.
