    sorry I know this is an old thread but is there any free phone number for sky or is it only the 0818 number

    There used to be a free number, but it was replaced with 0818 number.

    I'd actually like to know if there's a landline number for Sky, as landline calls are free (for me), 0818's are not.

    +441506421884 worked for me last time, but they change around a lot so it might not still work. AFAIK, there is no Irish landline for Sky (the 0818, of which Sky receive a share of the call cost, redirects to their UK call centre).

    Can't remember it now, someone told me the amount of money they make on call centre calls alone - but it was a lot. Whilst its only human to loathe them, another side of me can only admire how many ways they find to make ££. :D
