Breeze on your face

Hi, this a question to Christians only please.

I was talking to God in a conversational tone in my head the other night, in my (well heated) room, and I felt this really strong gust of air blow across my face. All windows were closed. This has happened to me a good few times since, when I am praying. It's always very peaceful at the same time. What do you think it means? Has it happened to you?

Literal air or a spiritual motion? I can't relate to the first, but I can relate to the second.

It was like an actual breeze just blowing across my face. What do you mean by spiritual motion?

I would say that it was simply a breeze on your face caused maybe by some convection air currents from your radiator.

By a spiritual motion, I would mean feeling a strong sense of inspiration and purpose after reading the Biblical text, thinking of God, or praying. It's what can be best described as my sense of connection between myself and God. I never really had this feeling before I started to follow God seriously, I had never felt anything like it. It's one of the personal factors behind my faith in God.

Radiator on all the time, and I only experienced this while I was praying, and stopped when I'd finished.

Ye know, I'm a real skeptic when it comes to these ambiguous 'feelings', but you have just described something I have felt on many occasions like the ones above. I often think is it just something prompted by my own desire to feel a tangiable connection? Jury's still out for me, but interesting that you have them too.
