    I think it covers 5k of todays Aware 10k. I'll try and knock one up later from what I remember of last years race.

    wrong course. Start about correct, but it goes uo the furze road, then chesterfield ave and into the furry glen, before finishing near furry glen. No khyber.

    Aye, I was going to bring it onto the Furze road. Don't remember going up Chesterfield Ave last year though :S
