    As above....which course etc did you want to study in college but what course etc did you actually go onto study?

    I wanted to do history but ended up doing science!

    I wanted to do English, ended up doing engineering, and now doing photography in college....whack!

    I wanted to be a midwife but changed my mind and did history. Decided I didn't want to be a schoolteacher either so figured I'd do an MA in politics whilst I figured out a plan of action. I hate it.

    Did Compuitng, wanted Journalism. Reality hit me when i seen what happened to Veronica...

    Anyhoo i guess nobody doing Science/Tech really WANTED it but favoured a cushy job with weekends free. Plus the added advantage of people thinking your smart :pac:

    I first didn't want to go to college, so I wanted to quit school early in fifth year to fly to California to do a course in visual effects. I found that this course would be too expensive, even if I had two part time jobs :X Then I applied for architecture with a portfolio that boggled everyone's minds and received some very mixed opinions. I haven't got in and started doing Product Design in DIT faculty of engineering.

    I sometimes like it and I'm kinda on a roll....
