    im just wondering is there any free software that can convert protected itunes music

    i tried Daniusoft Digital Music Converter and tunes clone but i need to buy it

    What are you trying to convert to? or are you just looking to unprotect it?

    They have DRM on it for this very reason.

    Not neccessarily, its not in Norway or Canada where DRM is illegal....

    The site you are posting on is hosted in Ireland unfortunately where the virus of DRM is allowed, I agree DRM is the pinnacle of evil but they have it and the muppets in the Dail allow it so we have little choice to not discuss ways around it here.

    So is dicussions about removing DRM just frowned upon or against boards.ie charters?. My bad if its in the charter chaps.

    Though if its for personal use, i.e. for moving tunes from one personal device to another personal device, I really don't see a problem. Who's gonna buy the same song twice from Apple?.
