Samsung HT-TZ315 Home Cinema - any good?

Saw it on Pixmania for around 258 or something, seems decent. I don't know a huge amount when it comes to HE so any help would be appreciated. My tv is Samsung as well so that's why I was looking for the same make, and I prefer the stand alone speakers rather than having to buy stands/hang them. I'm not hugely into movies…
